Benson has some insights into the friendship of Christ, and the importance and necessity of friendship with Christ, that I am sure few Catholics, or any Christians for that matter, have generally considered. We also included some statements from Benedict XVI on the imperative of developing a friendship with Christ.
Such a beautiful book. It is written in such a compassionate way, and it really helps one to understand how vital a friendship with Jesus is, and how it guides all other relationships. I heartily recommend it!
This is a practical book to help deepen our relationship with Christ. It is easy to read, but so packed full of good things, that I plan to read it again, and probably several times.
